Refund Policy

AStudio is operated by Alkistis Triantafyllopoulou (Greece). We want you to be happy with your subscription.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your AStudio subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your first paid period; renewal charges are also eligible for refund within 30 days of the renewal if the Service has not been substantially used during that period.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all AStudio orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Reach out via our contact page and we will route the request to Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank and are typically 5–10 business days.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals and is separate from requesting a refund. You can cancel at any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including any right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
